Homewood Toddler Group
We run a Parent and Toddler Group at Homewood on Thursday mornings 10:00-11:30 during term time. Toys, crafts, drinks and snacks for both carer and child. Please drop in and try us out. You can book in online at:
Stay & Play @ Greenwood
The group is run by members of the church who all have an extensive background in Early Years Education and Childcare. Together we bring many years’ practice of creating play experiences that combine learning and fun for pre-school children and parents alike.
We aim to provide:
- A safe and caring environment which nurtures friendships
- Activities and resources that encourage the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual development of young children and their carers
- Ideas and inspiration for activities to undertake at home to continue learning
- Every Thursday in term time 10:00 – 12:00
- We ask for a minimum donation of £1 per each person (adult or child)
Childrens corner
There is a ‘Children’s Corner’ in Homewood Church for families to use during morning services. It is regularly changed and provides toys, games, colouring and sticking activities for the children to use.
Summer Fun
Fun Mornings
Fun mornings at Homewood are a regular feature, open to families with children from babies to Year 6. They are usually held on Thursday mornings during the school holidays, they are free of charge and provide a variety of art and craft activities, music sessions, baby play, food, drink, friendship, and much, much more. They are held around Easter time, during the summer holidays, autumn half term and at Christmas. Please check ‘What’s On’ for details.
