Meditation on Twin Hearts for Physical, Mental and Emotional Wellbeing

A Guided meditation created by Master Choa Kok Sui, founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. Designed to release negative emotions and enhance physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Meditating on Twin Hearts enables the body to absorb a tremendous amount of energy which many refer to as Prana, Chi or life’s energy.

This has a flushing effect, then stimulating and energising effect through the practitioners system resulting in better physical, emotional and mental health.

Scientifically validated to reduce stress and anxiety, increase memory, focus and positive brain activity.

Flush out negativity and achieve peace and stillness in less than 30 mins.

This is a in person, seated meditation.

Donations £10, proceeds go to MCKS Charitable Foundation UK (Reg 1188773)
